Merchandise Return Policy

Maverick America trusts that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory our return policy is set forth below.


Maverick America acting as authorized C4 US distributors will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid including Tax (residents of Virginia) or Maverick America will issue a merchandise credit at the customer’s choice when each of the following conditions has been met: 1. The merchandise must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase; 2. The merchandise must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturers defect; and 3. The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Maverick America receipt or the proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies for all returns whereby the customer requests a refund if the product is not defective. Wrong sizing, scratches, and blemishes are not considered defects. Claims for shipments damaged in transit must be filed with UPS. Maverick America does not give price adjustments. Refunds for check purchases will have a thirty day waiting period before a cash or check refund is issued.
