How to fit 400 foot pockets

I recently bought a pair of C4 fins carbon fiber off offer up , but just the blades , how can i add the footpockets or where can i take them . I have a warranty number on the back on them . Let me know what i can do . Thank you very much.

Hi, I have the older C4 foot pockets (left and right foot pocket) with wahoo plastic blades. Which blades are compatible with these foot pockets? Thanks for your time! Ben.
